安興御守APP是規劃用以取代緊急報案亭之解決方案，達到校園內無所不在的安全網。106年度第二期計畫進度完成的校安警戒APP，可讓校警人員更容易掌握求援資訊。
後台功能，除了求援資訊列表之外，還提供轉寄功能，方便校安中心將求援資訊轉知相關單位與主管。在此一基礎上，2018年第三年計畫進度將進一步設計更完善的後端管理系統整合與流程再造，預計依安全等級、事件分類、通報單位、權責人員、對應措施進行電子化處理流程。
