路燈汰換改善工程


校園內主要幹道上的既有路燈均為LED路燈,共計160盞,瓦數為150W,除18盞建置時間為2011年,其餘是2010年建置。由於舊型LED路燈已過保固期且接近汰換年限,再加上無法配合調光控制模組進行智慧調控,106年度第二期計畫將160盞的舊型150W路燈汰換為新型125W之LED路燈,且增設無線調光控制模組及IoT閘道器,納入iEN智慧節能服務平台管理。

路燈可透過IoT閘道器連線至後端的iEN智慧節能服務平台,採用Zigbee無線通訊技術對各燈具設定參數(燈具啟閉、排程設定、群組設定)以及傳輸燈具使用之相關資訊(電壓、電流、功率、累積用電資訊、啟閉狀況等),進行智慧化管理。







在本校非主幹道路上的既有路燈有134盞鈉光燈,瓦數為250W,本校另行編列經費更換這一批路燈為180W之LED路燈(未使用此計畫補助款、也未算入計畫配合款),並且納入iEN智慧節能服務平台管理,更加提升智慧化路燈管理成效及節能效益。





本校的路燈運轉時數,以往為定時每日點燈時數10小時,前述的兩種型式路燈(150W之LED燈160盞、250W之鈉光燈134盞)年運轉時數為3,650小時,改善前後耗能統計如下表所示,年耗電度數減少48,837kWh(節能率達23.27%),年耗油當量減少12.13kloe,年CO2排放量減少25.83噸。





另外,本校也建置日照計,將日照計的資料整合成為iEN智慧節能服務平台的路燈點燈關燈之控制參數,將來的路燈點滅排程設定就可依日照情況動態調整,而非固定每日點燈時數10小時,更能有效節能,並確保校園安全之照明需求。




校園主要道路上的125W路燈搭配了可調光電源供應器,可依據使用的尖峰與離峰時間進行亮度排程控制,最多可設定8組排程控制,不同時段可搭配不同的亮度。在多方面考量且不影響用路人安全為前提下,現行夜間照明採三個時段不同的調光程度:18:00~00:00為80%亮度、00:01~02:00為60%亮度、02:01~04:00為40%亮度。再改善排程調光後耗能統計如表3所示,與表1比較,年耗電度數減少72,197kWh(節能率達34.4%),年耗油當量減少17.93kloe,年CO2排放量減少38.19噸。
