車輛通行管理系統軟硬體安裝

105年度建置的智慧車輛通行系統，是以自動車牌辨識取代自行印製的通行證，無需再由駐校警目視判斷管控車輛進。而洽公無停車證車輛，則由人工收費改由電子票證付款。藉由此系統加速進出車輛管理，以達到節省人力、降低成本、降低錯誤、增加效率、節能減碳等目標。系統上線後已見成效，服務每年2800輛預繳年度通行費採自動辨識的教職員生車輛，校門進出車輛數平均4000車次/日，到訪車輛同期營收增加58,000元/月、人事成本減少22,000元/月。
智慧車輛通行管理系統之有形效益涵括降低管理成本、人力資源成本、票卡遺失成本、創造無障礙空間，無形效益則包括減少車輛怠速、提升校園形象、有效率的校園交通環境，而直接效益方面，可降低成本、增加車流量與停車費之收入，間接效益方面，則可減少CO2及PM2.5之排放。
