106年度的第二期計畫，在圖書館無障礙盲人報位系統的基礎上，擴大建立友善視障服務網絡，延伸至位於圖書館七樓的藝術中心，結合iBeacon微定位運用，有聲iBeacon之佈建改善手機定位不夠精準的問題，場域服務模式更加容易複製，視障朋友不限於預定動線上移動，展覽結合iBeacon或QRcode做文字朗讀播報，於場域內提供視障人士更佳的行動友善服務。
